As a small business in Gunnison & Crested Butte there are many ways you can sponsor and support community.  To that end, Dr. Elfenbein and Pinnacle Orthopedics has prioritized community events and organizations as a way to give back, get involved, and be present.  This prioritization is in line with our patients first moto. That said, we've hand selected some high calibre nonprofits that benefit from having on-site medical and orthopedic expertise on their team.
